Just to let everyone who is interested know, I spoke with Orin at Lancair
today about attaching the stub wing skins according to my planned approach
as presented yesterday, and he said "Sure, why not?  Makes sense to me."
So, it looks like I'll be keeping the fuselage upright, using the Smart
Level to insure that the tip ribs' and BL50s' level lines match, and will
match the stub wing skins to the outboard sections as provided by the
factory.  I'll also use the 4.5# Clark foam to close the gaps as per SB
015-93, and the nice fresh Hysol I just ordered from Vern (HI Vern!).
Needless to say, I'm very relieved that I don't have to build all that
fixturing and jump through all those standard build hoops which are still
in the manual... three cheers for Fast-Build!!
