Greg,
     I believe my 3 blade mt is about 48 lbs plus the slip ring on the
starter ring.  Also I went to the oleo type nose gear which after all was said
and done, all three gears weight in at 365 lbs. each.  The other   indiscrible
is that it handles easily with full elevator down wash at landing speeds, it
just seems to grease on with full flaps, full back trim and a very light touch
on the controls.    Greg, how does your weight and balance compare ??      Don
