About silver powder/flakes to mix with epoxy, the
company to contact is Amepox Microelectronics from Poland, www.amepox.com , they have a range of about 13
different silver powders for different applications to mix with epoxies.
The product I've selected and bought for mixing with Hysol is AX20LC.
Amepox also have an extensive range of silver/epoxies if you want to buy this
