However, I'm right with you on the autopilot vs. GPS. I'll have my good ole Garmin 195 and dual GPS's on the various busses of the A/C. Off goes the CNX 80, on goes the Garmin with its battery and believe the TRU TRAK is what we think it will be: rock solid. Then we further manage the equiupment failure(s), squawk 77 on the transponder, if required and head for a suitable airdrome. Cheers, and thanks to all for the good discussion. John
