I don't mind having a few gallons in my lap.  Warping on the other hand
ruined my day.  I closed the header tank in the jig on the work bench
and found it a 1/4" off in the morning.  Using gravity to help stick the
hysol should've been traded for a hydraulic ram to hold the header in
place while deck was attached to fuselage.

Two other considerations:  A header tank permits gravity feed in a
carbeurated engine.

The POH from Lancair precludes aerobatics with wing fuel.  I've not
heard a response to what G limits people are using with fuel in the
wings during aerobatics.  I know the hysol is super tough but it should
at least have an equivalent calculation setting a G limit with fuel in
the wings.
