Hey Dick Alden!!!!
I trust that you doing well and hope that you putting a few hours on your
beautiful Lancair!!!!
I waiting on my new Global QCS propeller, it's overdue now.
I'll set the static for 2,100 RPM initially and see what the top end is. I
want it to be 2,650 rpm and will adjust the static to obtain that. Mike
Smith at Global feels that 2,100 static should yield 2,650 RPM wide open.
I was doing 225 mph TAS wide open, straight and level at 2640 RPM, with my
old prop.
If I can do 240 mph wide open with the new Global, I'm going to challenge
Larry Henney!!!

I have the Nippondenso 35 A in my 320 ....but I'm not going to remove it
to weigh it.  You might contact Mark Landoll, Landoll Electric in
Oklahoma City.  He used to advertise in Sport Aviation.
