Scott's post about bleeding air and working the valve seems to have done the job although I don't have enough cycles to boost the confidence level.  My problem is defiantly related to the sequence valve.  I can eliminate the problem by moving the valve by hand.  Can these valves be opened, inspected and cleaned or rebuilt?  Shannon did you have this problem in flight and if so how did you deal with it?  Also are you having the trouble that many have had of the doors sagging in flight?  I like Rob's "spring geometry solution" but wonder if removing the force when closed inhibits emergency opening?  Thanks for the support.
