Just cut your own.  Cut straight forward from the rear edge of the lower cowling about 9 inches, making one cut on each side, even with the exhaust tunnels on the fuselage.  Then cut in toward the center of the flap from the end of each cut, but not all the way -- leave about 2 inches uncut in the middle.  Now you can bend the flaps down about an inch and a quarter or so, hold them in place with popsicle sticks and crazy glue and use a 2- or 3-bid layup on inside and out to make some sides. You end up with something that looks like a permanently open cowl flap on each side.  This gives adequate clearance for the pipes, and also increases the negative pressure area for cooling air.  A little micro to fair it all in, and it's done.
Don't cost nuthin', and you don't have to wait three months.  I've done it that way on two ES's and it worked fine.
