Lancair says to use a 4P lower cowling with the exhaust blisters already installed [$800.00/ 3 month wait] or order just the blisters [$165.00 ea/ 3 month delay]. Tim also says blisters are not required and are very draggy. Can anyone comment? Can't believe a three month delay [they're made in the Philippines]. Don't they carry any stock? Blisters can't be all that hard to make? Does anyone have a mold?
