I was thinking of leaving ARR at 9/9:30 CDT for a noon EDT arrival at BKL. These time zone changes are important unless you are flying a SST.   I see that a flyover at ARR would only cost you about 15 minutes - but perhaps a fuel stop here would be better?  Or, we could meet at the JOT VOR and "formate" on to BKL?
