To all who asked me about my wing tips and the = availability of same at the recent Legacy fly-in, here is some info.

I apologize for not getting back sooner with this = info, as I know several of you are anxious to do something about the factory tips, = and many of you talked with me at Sun-n-Fun also.

The molds have to be reworked, and we are questioning whether it is a prudent thing to do because of the costs associated with = tooling and reworking the molds. We thought that the one set we had made in = addition to mine were good enough to use, but found they were not = useable.

We had mentioned a price of around $425 for the tips = and lenses, but simply cannot make the numbers work at that price, and fell = badly that we might have kept some of you hanging in anticipation.  For = that, I am truly sorry.

Steve tells me he can go ahead, but it will take 20 = firm orders for tips and lenses at a price of $525.00 plus shipping to make = the effort pencil out without a $$ loss.  I am leaving for = Canada tomorrow, so if there are 20 of you out there interested in the wing tips email me = and we will see if it can be done.

The alternative, of course is to make your own, = or????

Ron
