Hi to all,
Unfortunately for me, I am going to have to sell my Lancair IV.  There are several personal reasons for why I must do this, but I won't take the time to explain now. ( I will be happy to talk about it off line ).

I have a lot more invested in  my IV than I can ever expect to recover, but I'll chaulk that up to ( learning  experience ). The construction of my aircraft was        professionally supervised and built .The work was done and (re-done)  by two, sometimes three totally dedicated individuals who had prior experience building and working on IV's. I owe these guys a debt of gratitude for their work and for their patience with me and all the up-dates and changes they made.     The aircraft was given it's phase inspections, airworthiness inspection and initial flights by Charlie Kohler.  Mr. Kohler was also kind enough to provide  for initial training.  Carl Larue has put most of the time on my plane..  Having a IV-P of his own and having put over 1200 hrs on his , it was great having someone with his knowledge and skill to help me out. I guess after all his time in U-2's and B-52's, this wasn't  asking too much of him.

I will send another e-mail with a picture of the panel to download for anyone one that may be interested or may know of someone that is,  I'll include a list of  all  airframe, engine and avionics info.  Have dozens of pictures if anyone would like to see them and all info regarding the plane since conception.

Any help in selling my plane will be greatly appreciated. I will consider a trade if necessary. I will be happy to disclose my cost in the plane to interested parties and will accept a fair and reasonable price.
