I'm a novice at this building thing, so excuse my ignorance.  

Does the binding occur during pressurization?  If so, maybe the aileron bellows might need repositioning (maybe stretching?)

The problem with the stiff controls on the IV's is aerodynamic at speed.  Lancair should address this issue you all can not fix it without factory help.
