To answer your question, I've flown my 360 for about 20 minutes gear
down at 120 kts.  This due to a minor gear rig concern to get the plane
home without worrying about retraction/ extension.  The reality in my
plane seems to be that I could fly slow gear down for a very long time.
However, the flaps must be up.

Flaps down.  About 10 minutes is my personal maximum.
