Have any other builders experienced excessively
stiff controls in flight? Our controls are very loose and smooth on the
ground, and are loose and smooth in slower flight. Around and over 160
KIAS, the stiffness in the aileron controls becomes significant, and the faster
we go, the stiffer they get. The force required to initiate a turn has
prevented us from getting our STec 55 A/P system working as smooth as it
should. Have any other builders had this problem and what solutions have
worked.
