Our controls are very loose and smooth on the ground, and are = loose and smooth in slower flight. Around and over 160 KIAS, the = stiffness in the aileron controls becomes significant, and the faster we = go, the stiffer they get. The force required to initiate a turn has = prevented us from getting our STec 55 A/P system working as smooth as it = should. Have any other builders had this problem and what solutions = have worked.
