I log the oil level for every flight so I can calculate oil consumption at any time.  The rate of oil loss in my O360A1A is constant between the 6 and 8 quart levels.  The data does not show any tendency to loose oil faster at the higher fill levels.  I have had two different engines of the same model in my plane(about 400 hours on each).  While they had vastly different rates of oil consumption, both were independent of oil level.
