Brent,
Unless your control system is binding/hitting somewhere, the aileron control
system travel/aileron deflection is governed by the length of the crossover
tube behind the instrument panel and the stops on the fuselage side behind
each end of that tube. You've got to set up the rest of the linkage to allow
the right amount of travel either side of center--the aileron bellcrank in
the center of the wing is probably the most sensitive, but other joints need
to be in the right "relative" position. You've probably already been through
all that, but Jim's and mine work fine after just a bit of adjusting. Give
