Just got back from Sun N Fun and had a good look at the machine. It has a Lyc
IO-360 in it and the cowling will not accomodate an IO-550. Tim Ong said that he
saw 180-210 knots GS on the trip down to FL. They plan to have a builder assist
program (1 week wi/ option of a second week), which may be expanded to 3 or 4
weeks to permit, engine, firewall and instrument panel builder assists. Net of
this will be a fair-thee-well complete Legacy FG. The kit will be e glass and
they show a price for the kit of $32,900. They have about $75,000K in the plane
now - VFR panel.
Cheers,
John Schroeder
