Jim,

I recently built the panel on my 320 and wired the rest of the airframe.  The technique I used proved to be inexpensive, easy and durable.  What I did was to print out the labels as I wanted them to appear on a laser printer in 6pt font.  BTW, it is important to use laser rather than ink jet because the ink will smear with water.  I then cut out the labels as little strips of paper, slid a segment of clear heat-shrink tubing onto the wire, slipped the label into the tubing and hit it with a heat gun.  Poof – instant label!

A nice side benefit is that with a little pulling the label can be slid up and down the wire a little ways so as to place the label in a readable spot once installed.

Hope this works for you.
