Dave Morss says he's flown at the published cruise speeds with no problems,
but I haven't had a chance to fly in it yet.  No rain yet either.  I'll keep
you posted.

It should blend into the interior pretty well.  Except for the stiffener,
which isn't too obtrusive, it looks a lot like a bonded window.  You could
dress up the attach hardware any number of ways.

I'll take an interior picture at Sun N Fun, so you should have an image next
week.

I'm planning on offering left and right windows.

Without going into great detail, I have verified that all the engineering
done on the plane neglected any effects of the windows being installed.  So
effectively flying without any strength added by the window should not be
any problem.
