Your experience regarding an 8 million dollar insurance requirement just shows how outrageous a ripoff this can become! It seems that all of our lives, we live are held captive to insurance, even allowing ourselves to be "psyched" out and live in awe of it. I've arrived at the realization that insurance companies are a ripoff, taking in hundreds of billions nationwide. In the process, they create a feasting pot for lawyers, which is our $$$. While I've never cost an insurance company a penny, nor collected one from them, I've paid them enough during my lifetime to buy a Lancair. I now minimize insurance in every possible way. Sonic
