As for other activities, the official Lancair S'n'F Crawfish Boil is scheduled for Saturday night (3/5), right after the airshow... I suspect it will be at the large meeting tent the other side of the museum, same place as last year.
First, I believe that you mean Saturday, 04/05/03 not 03/05.
Last year I went to the dinner. It was delicious.
The dinner was scheduled for about 6:00 PM. However, we were not able to eat until about 8:00 PM. This would not normally be a problem. I was planning on leaving after the dinner. No where, on any written material, was it stated that the south side of the airfield was closed off after 8:30 PM. It was announced on ATIS but not printed anywhere. Please remember that if the dinner starts as late as last year and the airport rules remain the same, you will not be able to leave the airport when finished.
