My hot-shot A&P left the sleeves out of the injectors! I didn't follow his explanation of how that would cause the engine to lean out at high RPM... something about too much atomization air being pulled into the injector. He didn't discover this until after he had installed the new electric pump, so I have a brand new Dukes pump that I probably didn't need! Oh well, it's only money. At least I'm getting fuel flow/pressure indication now! I won't be able to test fly it until tomorrow. Will report back in case anybody is curious.
