Scott's comments are accurate. Adjusting the block = position=20 would fix the problem. Another possibility might be to shorten=20 the cylinder shaft slightly by cutting some threads off. It looks = like=20 you just need a very small adjustment using either = method. 
 
By the way, I've managed to finally get permits from Denmark = to land=20 in Danish territory (Greenland and the Faeroes) maybe you can = take a look=20 at mine in Kemble or perhaps we could stop in Denmark.
