erstandg.gif should help in this discussion.  70-100 ROP is best power,
50-70 LOP is best economy.  50-70 LOP is MUCH less prone to detonation
than 70-100 ROP.  If you want to run ROP, run way rich, 125+.  If you
want to run LOP, you can run just a little lean of peak (say 25-50), run
much cooler, have more detonation margin, better economy, etc, etc.
