The main purpose is to provide local IAs with their required 8 hours of annual training, but the meetings are open to the public. We have two such meetings near the SF Bay Area, in Hayward and Reno. We can usually pick from about 20 different topics to listen to for a day, similar to the forums at EAA fly-ins. There's usually a mini trade show with vendors like TCM, Lycoming, Aviall, etc. It's a good way to keep in touch and pick up some contact info for the professionals in your area. Look for one near you! Dave Saylor AirCrafters LLC 831-722-9141
