I started my kit in the spring of 1989. I thought the manuals were clear, but maybe not perfect. With study and help from a mentor (Bob Sinclair in my case), a few calls to Pat at Lancair I got rolling. Common sense helps. The support from Lancair was outstanding, and still is. I got my airplane done, it is light, straight and structurally sound and goes fast. I love it and I'm proud of it and Lance and Lancair for making this thing possible.
