Was just helping a friend doing some hotwire cutting of foam and wondered
if a
small hotwire saw could be used on the plexiglass to give a relatively
sress
relieved edge. I realize the wire may have to be hotter than that required
to
cut foam and that breathing protection may be nedded for the fumes (or
just do
the work outside).
