Robert, This happened to me once too.  It was clear from the pressure gages
that fluid had bled to the down circuit raising the pressure there above that
necessary to trip the pressure switch.  The leak might be the bypass valve,
but it could be any of your cylinders too.  The opposite thing can happen too,
where you cannot raise your gear after takeoff.
