If my memory serves me, Lancair had a sales video back when I was buying my
kit that showed a torch being held up to some E-glass and it wasn't burning.
I was told that glass that used vinlyester or gelcoat will burn., but not E
glass with the resins we use.  I'm not sure about carbon.  I'm clearly no
expert on the subject.
