I'm surprised to hear the exhaust is cracking. John should have sent you 2 hangers per pipe. This would stablize the pipe from shaking and thus give it good support. Cracking at the flange indicates that the pipes are not supported. Or the pipes are connected together with the hose clamps. For some reason on a 4 pipe individual system you cannot tie any 2 pipes together. I don't know the specifics but it has to do with harmonics. Your the only one I know of who is having trouble with the pipes. I'd like to see a photo of how you have them supported on exiting the cowl. Maybe together we can figure it out.
