Greyhawk is absolutely right. The 320/360 nose gear needs a rod end bearing
where the drag link attaches to the welded tabs on the strut. If someone
were to take the effort to design/manufacture/build a drop in replacement to
the forward piece of the existing drag link, I would be near the front of the
line to buy one.
I nominate Tim Ong. He did a fabulous job last time he engineered an
improvement to the 320/360 landing gear -- let's let him do it again.
(Please keep the price at or below $50 this time, though...)
