Tanks don't feed evenly. At some point in time you will suck air from the empty tank and this stops the flow of gas even though you may have another tank fairly full. Redundant pumps will not help this basic problem. Check any low wing fuel system and you will NOT find the "Both" position that is familiar to high wing Cessnas.
