    Check "Tips1" recently entered into the olsuse appendages.  Several years
ago John Cooper, I and some others wrote up then current building tips.  I
did one on this subject based on my woes, investigations and eventual
solutions to tank leaks.  (Yes, Santa, there are sometimes solutions!)  Also,
LNN printed it in the last issue.  Good luck as leaks are sneaky.
