Why is oil Dyne charging you anything?  They installed the spool valve 
backwards didn't they?  Seems they should just be glad that it didn't cause 
other problems and thank you very much for not wanting them to pay you for 
your diagnostic time.  Am I missing something....or are your in agreement with 
me and were being sarcastic in your comments below?
