The S-TEC 60-2 I flew had 4 ways to disconnect at least the pitch portion of
the autopilot - you could just touch the electric trim switch, push the
disconnect button, turn off the power switch on the panel, or pull the
breaker. I want to have similar options on the Tru-Trak I am installing,
but haven't got that far yet.
