Been to OSH, Sun-N-Fun, Arlington, Golden West, Redmond 6 times, and so many others etc.,etc. etc.. The Hayward Race is a proficiency race from Hayward to Bakersfield to Laughlin, NV. You estimate your fuel and time enroute. The kicker is that you can only use the part between your ears, no fuel totalizers, no GPS, no DME.
