I can't go through an analysis of the FAR's for you, but Dave Morss was
our DAR who helped us with the size and location of the two plates. I
would think he has a fair amount of experience in this matter, and defer
to him. In any case, the plate on the back of the pressure bulkhead is
unobtrusive and looks fine. The one on the outside almost disappears.
