With the help of Bill 'Stuka' Harrelson, I am in the process of mapping out a race course for the Lancair Fly-In at Suffolk Airport. The race course will be approximately 100 sm, triangular course.
As before, I'll need some volunteer judges and timers. Please email me if you are interested.
In addition, I'd like to know who are interested in entering the race. Here's your last chance to race your slick fast Lancair before the winter season sets in.... How about it??!!

Hi Guys,
Bill (Sonic) Rumburg is hosting a Lancair fly-in at Suffolk Airport (SFQ) on October 26th. Suffolk is 22nm WSW of Norfolk, Virginia. Bill will have the coffee on starting around 9am. We'll have bagles and danish, kick each others tires and then RACE. Rick (Grease) Argente has volunteered to organize a race like the one he set up at Dogwood a few years ago. Lunch after the race. Should be a lotta fun, let's go. (gas is $1.97 !!)
