Tom,

I found no information requiring the data plate that is found in
certified cabins. My examiner required it however under the catch all
"comply with all part 25?23? Markings".  This then meant I'd have to
label my fuel caps also (for example).  The external placard on the tail
is addressed and required builder, model, and serial number.
