It just wouldn't plant itself -- you were below flying speed, but too light on the tires, and with low energy adsorbtion, you just bounce along the runway. I read the LML, looked at a Spry shock installation and decided to go with the Sprys. There was a vast improvement in the skittery feeling. They came preadjusted and slipped right on, but I had mismeasured about 0.020" on length on one side, so had to readjust. Other than that, there was and has been no problem with them. Charles R.
