The guy That I've heard of was from Ontario.. Apparently he built his complete plane w/o removing any peel ply-- or at least in places where it mattered or something... as the story goes.. the top skin came off the plane during the first flight.. and the results were-- well you can imagine. I DON'T know if this story is true or not... so.. take it w/ a grain of salt.. maybe someone else out there can vertify it..[ as well as I'll go back to my Designee and ask for more details].. Thats all I know. Grayhawk mentioned that the peel ply was found and the plane destroyed [ chain-saw'd as he put it-] I don't know if this is the same guy or someone else.. or.. or.. or..
