Gary, On the subject of trim tabs. We [ my father and myself ] have taken off a week to work completely on the plane. We're gearing up here to hit it at full steam.. and reading ahead I find a couple things to ask about. The first is trim tabs. Does a guy need Aileron Trim tabs?

You have to have an aileron trim tab. The trim changes significantly when you fly by yourself versus with someone else.
