It is relatively simple to make (with a small bit of outside welding if you don't have this equipment) and has held our two fuselages through three years of construction and hundreds of revolutions. As we've had them in use during the entire construction process, I can only guess at the difficulty of work on the underside without such a rig. Also don't know how much use this would be for a Legacy, but the concept would be easy to adapt. After carefully writing down names and email addresses, I've lost them all, so if I promised you a copy, or if you're otherwise interested, email me directly and I'll send it along.
