I didn't put my cable tube thru the web (probably not a good idea) - but
about 1 inch above it. To get it attached prior to covering with a lay-up, I
stuck the tube to the fuse wall with instant glue purchased from a hobby
shop (much cheaper per unit than those tiny little squeeze tubes from Home
Depot or the like), Worked just fine- and allowed a bit of re-positioning
(by pulling off and re-glueing) before applying the fiberglass lay-up.
