If you do not mind a mechanical motor to turn the compressor, Jerry
Rodgers( [mail to:cmdr_rodgers@msn.com] has the neatest little motor that
will mount directly to the rear of the Walter turbine off the accessory
drive, next to the starter generator as I remember it. This is the motor
that will turn my A/C compressor on my L-4P turbine off a Walter 601D. This
should work well on the "E" also. He told me that it has been sold to many
customers in Florida to Aerocomps using the Walter and works well. Sounds
like you are well on your way( ahead of me!)! How many gallons of jet-A will
you hold? We are in Northern California. Where are you?
