Started with hot starts, waiting around would make it work. I too thought heat was the problem. Except it slowly got worse. Eventually it'll never turn over. I tried a few solutions (the b&c folks recommnded lubing the plunger in the solenoid), but finally got stranded someplace for the nth time and just replaced the damn thing with a skytec.
