Sounds normal to me (120 landings since replacement). Main treads just about worn out, left more so because usually first to touch down. Nose wheel has little wear. All wheels mounted very tight (little rotation if spun by hand). They wear in the middle if you keep them pumped up (45-50 psi), more on the edges if underinflated, evenly if kept at about 42 psi. Slightly different wear if you are using TK5's or if the gear legs are not perpendicular. Even though I try to minimize the use of brakes, they usually get changed at annual.
