VEry similar experience to yours with my TSIO55B2B, but my CHT#5 is a bit hotter at around 400, and fuel flow ROP at those settings was about 20.5gph.  I did flight testing extensively with my VM1000, and found that I had a wide spread on EGT peaks.  I sent data to GAMI and they made me a custom set of GAMI-Jectors (about $1000) which I installed.  All EGTs now peak almost simultaneously, which allows me to comfortably run at 65% power LOP:  2500rpm, 27.8"MP, 17.4GPH. I lose about 8kts running LOP, but my range is much improved.  Have been set up like this for a year, and engine seems to love it (580hr TT).

We normally operate around 18 to 20,000ft at 28inches and 2500RPM. Running
ROP we are usually set up around 1600 TIT, max EGT  is around 1550 to 1560
and fuel flow is around 21.5GPH (CHTıs are around 360). We use a Vision
